Had a quick hour after work, only did 10nm and felt worn out. Initially rigged too big on my wave board, didnt dare jump it for fear of taking off and not coming back for a while. Rigged a smaller sail and had a few good runs but found it hard work in messy waist-head high confused chop out in the middle of the harbour. Five more days of this as well :-D
