I will not get a session in before the end of the month now. Total is 82nautical miles. I feel disappointed that I am not now over 100nmi as this was my upper target. After being ill for over half the month though I suppose I took the sessions I could. This does mean I need to improve my fitness to achieve my goal for March of 150nmi+18 missing from February.
Every day I will be doing aerobics and floor exercises at home to improve my fitness and strength back to what it was in January. Here's hoping for some good winds in March, with 2 weekend days to get so good distance and about 6 or so sessions after work. I think 8 sessions either way will get me above my target of 250nmi for the end of the month.
